What to expect

Merchant listings and community posts are different. A post does not automatically become a shop product. Listing status and trade-deck eligibility both affect shop visibility; a saved draft is not a live listing.

Review status is separate from your community profile. This guide covers 3 practical actions, in the order they usually happen.

Do this first

Open the listing dashboard..

Check whether the product is pending or published..

Then finish with

Resolve missing information and contact support about review questions..
